Frank’s experience working with dogs began in 1988 soon after his first Doberman. He worked weekly with professional trainer Dom LaBrutto in New Jersey. This turned into a neighborhood “club” working with other dogs of friends etc.
Frank took many extra educational steps in the dog training field by graduating from New York dog training school, continuous participation of seminars, workshops, certifications as well as surrounding himself with some of the best competition dog trainers in the tri state area.
He established D’Andrea Professional Dog Training in 2004. DP Dog Training continued to grow and In 2011 Frank added other dog services including grooming, boarding and underground dog fencing which is all now known as DP Dog Services.
All this has made Frank a well rounded, experienced, successful trainer, problem solver and educator.
His work with the Butler and Kinnelon N.J. animal shelters has helped both volunteers and dogs! He has volunteered his “Living with your Dog” workshop and has run his “Doggie boot camp” in Suffern N.Y. for over 10 years!
Frank passion continues his drive to educate himself and likes of shelter managers, foster homes and local towns as well as dog owners and enthusiasts.
